Frequently asked questions
How many seasons of Wednesday are there? When is season 3?
Two seasons, 16 episodes so far. Season three is officially renewed and in production—no date yet, expected around 2027 based on the previous gap.
Do I need to watch the Addams Family films first?
No—it's a standalone reboot and reintroduces everyone. Film-era callbacks (like the two Wednesdays meeting) are pure bonus.
Why was season 2 split in two?
Netflix split it into Part 1 (Aug 6, 2025, episodes 1–4) and Part 2 (Sep 3, 2025, episodes 5–8). Both are fully out now, so you can watch straight through.
